Processed cases

We buy brass cases directly from the US Department of Defense to insure a supply of strictly  once-fired US GI cases. This material is then cleaned, inspected, deprimed, sized on small base dies, primer pocket swaged, trimmed, and polished to a better than new appearance.  These processed cases are ready to load with no further metal work required.

Our primed 5.56mm cases are run through an arsenal priming machine that inspects the primer pocket, checks for a clear flash hole, inserts a fresh Winchester primer, seats it to the proper depth, crimps, then lacquer seals the primer. For the 50 Browning we use fresh, non-corrosive CCI #35 primers. We now have our 50 Caliber priming machine up and running, so like the smaller 5.56mm cases, our 50 BMG cases are now crimped and lacquer sealed.

Using our primed cases is by far the fastest, most convenient way to load your ammo. But if you are planning to reload these cases again, it might be best to buy them un-primed, and seat the primers yourself. Our priming machines put the military crimp back on the case. This increases reliability in auto feed guns, but it also means the crimp must be removed before a primer can be re-inserted. While the crimp is light on the 5.56mm cases and generally can be primed past the existing crimp, the 50 BMG cases have a heavy crimp that must be removed before reloading.
