Bliss #7 Header was designed to pocket and bump 20mm size cases. These machines are a general purpose machine that will head cases of lengths typical in the 20mm to 30mm range. These are horizontal, opposing direction, double crank units. One slide pushes the case into a supporting die and holds it while another slide with punch bumps into the exposed head of the case from the other direction. They are used for flattening a drawing (bumping) or pocketing and heading (forming the primer pocket and headstamp.)

Machine description: Bliss #4 horizontal toggle and crank press.  5 V belt drive, motor to flywheel; flywheel mounted on top of press, connected to crankshaft bullgear via air clutch.

Machine motor: 10 horsepower; 220-440 volt 3 phase; 60 cycle motor drive.

Type of feed: pedestal mount pin wheel hopper mounted on machine.

Feed motor: Pin wheel hopper driven by 1/4 HP, 1 phase 120 volt gearhead motor.

Stroke: Front crank 14",  back crank 14"
