Processing your cases:
Please note this new change!!We now have a 2000 piece minimum requirement for customer supplied 5.56mm cases. The 2000 piece minimum was put into effect because we were spending too much tumbling time on small orders. Tumblers are the bottleneck in our production, and each case goes through the wash and tumbling operations 3 times, so it quickly became a major factor. We avoided requiring a 2000 piece minimum for as long as we could because it makes a lot of customers ineligible for our service, but it was either impose a larger minimum or drop the service entirely. We chose the lesser of the two evils... If you have 2000 or more 5.56mm fired cases, we can process them for you at $25 per thousand, plus return shipping. Just send them to us in bulk. Our machines will identify and remove the Berdan primed, split, or otherwise unserviceable cases. The good cases will then be cleaned, full length sized, primer pockets swaged, trimmed, and finally polished to a better than new appearance. We do not work on a "case exchange" basis, you will get your own cases returned to you. We can also prime your cases, using Winchester small rifle primers for the 5.56mm. Cases primed on our arsenal equipment come out sealed with nitrocellulose lacquer to waterproof the primer.
