M2 Ball Bullets
The M2 ball is the standard projectile for US GI 30-06 ammunition. It is a nominal 152 grain flat base FMJ bullet with a copper clad jacket and knurled cannelure.
These projectiles have been removed from US Government 30-06 ball ammunition, and are in excellent condition. All clean and shiny, with no pull marks. We run all of these projectiles through the tumblers to remove the black case mouth sealer, then through our draw die machines to be sure they are true .308 diameter and not knocked out of round. We have been selling 30 caliber ball bullets for the past few years, and these are the best we have ever had. They look just like new production bullets!
These were removed from 30-06 ammunition, and are an exact factory replacement for that cartridge. For loading .308 ammunition (7.62mm NATO) the bullets need to be seated deeper into the case, past the crimping groove in order to get the correct over all length.
Orders of 1000 or less are packed in cardboard cartons. 2000 or more are shipped in a free .30 caliber ammo can!
